We Support IJM Canada
This website was created and is maintained by International Justice Mission Canada as a service for our friends across Canada who work tirelessy to raise awareness and resources for the global work of justice.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To promote events and fundraisers that individuals organize to support the work of International Justice Mission Canada. (ie. walk for justice, youth car wash) Please Note: IJM Canada does not claim responsibility for the format or content of these events. Neither should it be implied that IJM Canada endorses, sponsors or partners with events posted on this site.
SECONDARY PURPOSE: To serve as an information hub regarding activities and events, organized by individuals, that directly relate to the work of IJM Canada. (ie. conferences on human trafficking, keynote addresses by experts on modern day slavery)
Canadians are making a difference in the world and are standing up for the violently oppressed. Thank you for being part of the movement.
International Justice Mission Canada is a human rights organization that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression, in partnership with U.S.-based International Justice Mission (IJM). IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local officials to ensure immediate victim rescue and aftercare, to prosecute perpetrators and to ensure that public justice systems – police, courts and laws – effectively protect the poor.
